I work with clients one-on-one to develop a simple, realistic nutrition plan that meets their goals, needs, and lifestyle. My mission is to help you make lifestyle changes that are attainable and enjoyable. We will work together so that you can achieve your goals and live your healthiest life the way God intended for you to. 

I also believe that health is much more than nutrition and exercise. Health also involves sleep, our relationships, what we think, and how we speak to ourselves and others. My goal is to help give you the tools that you need to build healthy habits to live a balanced lifestyle. We will work together to develop short-term goals to lead to lasting, sustainable lifestyle changes.
